The Explorer Compass features a 2 3/4" easy to read direct reading dial and can be easily installed, fitting a 3" instrument hole. The bezels are styled to match popular gauge packages and the viewing is adjustable to 30 degrees. Choose from either the traditional black or designer white colors. The compass also features a scientifically matched sapphire jewel and hardened steel pivot dial movement.
In addition, the compass includes exclusive built-in NiteVu lighting for easy visibility in low light conditions and built-in compensators for easy adjustment of deviation. It is constructed with hi-temperature materials and is 100% repairable. The compass also comes with an exclusive 5-year warranty. The approximate shipping weight is 1 lb (454g) and replacement parts are available, including the light assembly EX-0057-2.
Please note that all compasses come standard with 12 volt lighting, with a 24 volt lighting option available. Some custom built OEM models may have different lighting, so please contact Ritchie for replacement lighting.
