The Yellow Jacket charging hoses are designed for heavy duty use and can withstand a minimum burst pressure of 3000 psi (207 bar) with a maximum working pressure of 600 psi (41 bar). These hoses are available with steel 3/4 inch female, 3/4 inch male flares, 3/4 inch male pipe, or hex fittings and have an operating temperature range of -20 to 200F (-28.8 to 93.3C). The minimum bend radius for these hoses is 12 inches (305 mm), and they are not suitable for use with NH3. These hoses are made in the USA and come with 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch replacement gaskets.

The replacement gaskets are the only gaskets designed specifically for Yellow Jacket charging hoses and ensure optimum performance. These gaskets are compatible with all refrigerants, making them versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications.
